Clone App look alike Zerodha kite for fake trading

Apps that cloned Zerodha's user interface and help traders to screen record fake trading entry and exit, profit-and-loss (P&L) statements. As most of the youtubers use zerodha kite trading platform to record their Live Trading and show their P&L statements. Hence, hackers entered here and made these clone apps available for sale.

This way, people who want to defraud others by showing fake trading P&L statements do not have to Exhaustively photoshop screenshots. Instead, they can simply use these apps to input the profit number they want to show, and generate a counterfeit statement and put it on their Youtube channel, Instragram, Faebook, twitter and other social media platforms to sell their dummy courses for ₹10,000 to ₹2,00,000.

As usual there is a rise in cases of online frauds, Phishing attacks pose important questions on the cyber security in banking channels. 

In the recent past even myself got scammed by a job post from google search. This scammers used the name of government scheme, in this case the scammers built a very professional looking website with photos of government symbols and even PM photo. Advertised a job vacancy with remote work and attractive wages and made job seekers to pay registration fees of ₹250 to an UPI ID.

Recently job notifications started roaming around job seekers as such explained below. This scammers use UPI mode of payment using QR code. Google Pay has been notified and they will issue a *warning sign* before any new job seekers try to make payment on the reported scammers*

The Insurance Regulatory & Development Authority of India (IRDAI) has issued a public notice alerting the general public about an unregistered entity called Bhartiya Cooperative General Insurance Limited under Download: "IRDAI Notifications/Circulars- Ref No: IRDAI/NL/PNT/MISC/140/6/2023 Dated: 28/06/2023. The notice emphasizes that this entity is not authorized to undertake insurance business or solicit insurance policies. The IRDAI cautions the public against engaging in any insurance transactions with Bhartiya Cooperative General Insurance Limited.

Lithium the new pronounced white gold? The Ministry of Mines, Govt. of India reported the discovery of 5.9 million tonnes of inferred lithium ore on their Twitter account on 9th February'23. The lithium resources have been discovered in Reasi, at kashmir, India. The government celebrated the discovery as it will help the “Aatmanirbhar Bharat” plan.
